Self Portrait - Charcoal (1994) I created this from three negative-developed black and white photos of me compiled in a semi-collage format. I think it's one of the more interesting pieces I've produced. |

Surface Reflection - Sponge and Ink (1994) This was based on an advertisement image I found in a magazine. Then I just grabbed a sponge and did a whole bunch of dipping and blotting. It was difficult to make the reflection in the water look more blurry than the face itself. |
